ERGONOMIC WORKSITE ANALYSIS
 

Medical Case Management Group provides employers with expert ergonomic analysis of specific job tasks and/or work sites. The worksite analysis is completed by a Medical Case Management Group Professional Nurse Case Manager, Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist. Onsite we identify, document and prevent current/potential musculoskeletal injury risks. Then we document an action outline consisting of necessary changes to avoid further problems and treat current complaints.

 

Capabilities Include:

The worksite analysis is completed by a Professional Nurse Case Manager, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist. If needed, the following can be completed:

·Meet with Supervisor and Management prior to on-site analysis to discuss their recommendations and the ergonomic issue histories

·Review job descriptions or job analysis with medical personnel

·Make adjustments to a specific job position that accommodate the employer by instituting ergonomic changes

·Review EPA or OSHA violations and recommendations to correct or implement necessary compliance modifications

·Meet employee at the workstation, review specific ergonomic issues that arise through workday, recreation, sports, etc. activities and recommend changes

 

Upon finalizing the detailed ergonomic analysis report, Medical Case Management Group reviews worksite modification recommendations with supervisors, resulting in:
