Medical Case Management Group Wellness Programs are custom tailored to meet your needs. We identify health risk factors present in your employees using an online or paper Health Risk Assessment.  The HRA generates data, which we then analyze and determine teaching/training/resource needs.  Educational programs are then established to reduce your insured population’s risk exposure (individualized consultation and communication for high risk individuals is available). When needed, we provide on-site Health Fairs, training programs, seminars and one-on-one consultation with Registered Nurses and additional, appropriate Health Care providers.
